16? Ask yourself, does heart disease run in your family? or is this just stress or anxiety? that could be the cause of your chest pain also.
If it’s neither, then you really need to be checked out by a doctor, heart pain is nothing to toy over.

I am gonna go to the doctor as soon as possible, does it sound like a heart attack? Each breath I could barely breathe without the pain, please give help personal or other.
Are you having a loss in sensation on your whole left side…then possible heart attack
but I had that problem where I bruised by side from coughing too much which made it difficult to breath…took a long time to heal
In my case it helped to put a warm heating pad on the spot for a while, take it easy and tylenol for pain…that’s the the nurse practionener told me to do and it slowly healed

Is a sharp pain on the left side of your chest normal?
Posted on August 2009 in pain left side of chest
I am a 15 year old male that is obese, not terribly in the red, but bad enough, and I’ve been experiencing sharp pains on the left side of my chest. These pains come randomly, usually they get worse when I inhale. These pains usually ocurr after eating, sometimes, but not always. My mother and brother both experience these pains, but my dad does not. Is this something to worry about?

left side chest pain with normal ecg and chest xray?
Posted on August 2009 in pain left side of chest
i’m 18 years old, 19 in two weeks and for about the past 2 to 3 weeks i’ve been having on and off dull achy left side chest pain. a few days ago, i finally had enough, it’s been scaring me way too much. i have problems with anxiety and this situation definitely wasn’t making it better. i went to the emergency room where i had a chest x-ray and an ecg/ekg and blood work done and from what the doctor’s told me it all came back normal. they told me it was all stress related because i have recently moved out of state and away from my parents for the first time. but i still don’t know if i’m satisfied with the answer i was given. i mean, the pain comes randomly, i don’t even have to be thinking about it or anything stressful. also when this happens, my left arm gets a sore feeling and starts to feel like it’s starting to fall asleep, it tingles. honestly, it scares me. a lot. i have no idea if it really is stress or anxiety or maybe even a muscle strain.
definitely not on any illicit drugs.
Chest pain is very tricky and can be very decieving. Chances are given your age and the fact that you are normally healthy, it probably is related to stress or a muscle strain. If your x-rays and EKG were normal, I would start exploring other options besides a cardiac problem. Cocaine and other illcit drugs are also very common causes of chest pain, along with overuse of muscles and stress.

White told Early Show co-anchor Maggie Rodriguez he got involved because the driver had an “emergency.”
“But once confronted with the situation,” White said, “there was no way with the patient and the unit, could I allow my driver to spend 20 minutes with the trooper discussing a possible ticket.”
White told Rodriguez Martin was in “a state of rage from the beginning.”
“And even after being informed that we had a patient,” White said, “there was total disregard. So he started in a state of rage and simply escalated from that point.”
White added he repeatedly told the trooper he had a patient in the ambulance, and the patients family members also joined in, saying that their relative needed to get to the hospital.
White said he would like to see the trooper fired. White told Rodriguez that based on statements, Martin and his superiors dont think Martin did anything wrong.
“This trooper still doesn’t understand he’s not omnipotent,” O’Carroll told CBS News. “He could no more tell Maurice to stop taking a woman to hospital than he could tell a pilot to run a jetliner into the ocean.”
O’Carroll told CBS News they are awaiting the patrol chief’s ruling before deciding whether to take legal action.
White said, “This gentleman needs to have his ability to carry a gun and a badge taken away so no other individual, and particularly a patient, has to go through this.”
But Martins attorney said the trooper — whom he described as a decorated sailor and a 15-year law enforcement veteran — didnt realize there was a patient in the ambulance until well after the situation had intensified. He either didnt hear it or it didnt register, he said.
Martin was trying to make a legitimate traffic stop, James said, when White became hostile, refused to comply with the patrolmans orders and caused the situation to spiral out of control.
James said the law allows an officer to pull over an ambulance if its emergency lights and sirens arent running, as was the case in this incident.
But White said on The Early Show it was for the patient’s benefit that the sirens werent on.
“Its common practice,” White told Rodriguez. ” … The patient actually had a fainting episode with chest pain. And its common practice not to run lights and sirens with those type patients. It really exacerbates their situation.”
OCarroll said the veteran paramedic was trying to protect his patient and that the trooper had no reason to stop the ambulance, let alone try and arrest White. The troopers arms were bruised when White resisted arrest, James said.
“If the guy was bruised, it didnt make any difference,” OCarroll said. “He ought not to stop ambulance drivers for hurting his feelings.”
An Oklahoma Highway Patrol trooper and a paramedic were caught on tape scuffling Sunday while a patient was being taken to the hospital.
The fight happened on Highway 62, near Paden, after a OHP and first responders argued over a close call on the road.
OHP alleges that one of the paramedics on the video aulted the trooper, but the ault was not caught on tape.
“We’re like trying to tell the guy, Dude, my mom is in the back,’ and my stepdad was like, My wife is in the back. Can we do this at the hospital?’” said Kenyada Davis.

You need to tell your doctor about this ASAP. Those are some of the symptoms of a heart condition and you need to be checked immediately.
Occasional chest pain on the left side that started some time ago?
Posted on July 2009 in pain left side of chest
I am 16 years of age, with a BMI of about 19. Some time ago, I’ve had pains in the left side of my chest and back. The pain is either sharp or dull, and it’s hard to determine if it’s internal or external. Sometimes it comes randomly, and at other times it comes when I breathe or make certain movements. It does not come with physical exertion and is not relieved by rest. The pain usually just comes in one burst that only lasts several seconds or less then disappears. I’ve had several spells of these during early December last year, then again in the middle of January, and now. What do you think it could be?
Again, it DOES NOT come with physical exertion and is not relieved by rest.
Uh, I’ve seen a doctor a few weeks ago. Apparently, I had a lot of yellow phlegm/sputum and he said it was some infection. He also gave me some painkillers and it went off for some time, but now it’s back.
hi!
as what i have had read from you question, my opinion would be is that you should consult a cardiologist so that you will know what exactly are you feeling from your chest pain. you need to go beacause there are cases that might lead to heart problems. you may just think that its just ordinary pains but for you to make sure for your health, my advice is that you should see a cardiologist.
