why i have lower left side of abdomen pain and on same side on back too?

why i have left lower abdomen pain and also on left side of my back too. its a pain i can tolerate, like bad cramps
maybe you slept wrong or you pick up something heavier than your own weight. try advil or some sort of back pain relief. if that doesn't go away in a week… i suggest that you go the doctor after that.

problem with your muscle position…take muscle relaxant and pain killer
